Subtitles

With subtitles Off the film plays as it did in theaters: the Nepali dialogue carries its English translations. The CC button in the player controls has full subtitles in eight languages, and your choice sticks for the whole film.

Closed captions, with sound descriptions for viewers who are hard of hearing, have their own section in that menu.

Casting to a TV with Chromecast can drop subtitles on some models. If that happens, AirPlay or an HDMI cable carries them reliably.
